Wing (Cambodia) Limited Specialized Bank, the Kingdom’s leading mobile banking services provider, signed a memorandum of understanding with City Hall yesterday to offer e-payment options for passengers using the Phnom Penh city bus service. Ean Sokhim, director of Phnom Penh’s Autonomous Bus Transportation Authority, said it would take at least six months for the e-payment system to be fully implemented, adding that the system would be used when an additional seven bus routes are added to the current three routes.
